Aerating Agent or Foaming agent
Foam

Nanocrete’s NC Aerating Agent 350 & NC Aerating Agent 500 are natural enzyme-based foam forming agent that uses exact mass of active ingredients. It’s a highly alkali resistant agent that can produce foam in consistent quality and in very fine bubbles. It has got unique amino acids that helps in stabilization of foam.

It is used for producing environmental-friendly, highly insulating low-density cement based aerated concrete products and/or elements used in constructions and buildings. By using NC Aerating Agent 350 & 500, the density of the foam can be varied between 10 to 160 g/lit. by using NC Aerator IN, a uniquely developed technologically advanced Foam Generator. The aerated concrete products, due to its lighter in weight, inorganic ingredients and inflammable characteristics, it’s a most suitable alternative for petroleum based highly flammable insulation materials like EPS, XPS, etc.

Advanced Lightweight Aerated Concrete (ALAC) products using NC Aerating Agent 350 & 500 have uniform closed-cell bubble structure, keeps the density uniform and increases the compressive strength significantly by at least 25 to 50%.

Product Advantages:

In combination with NC Aerator IN, NC Aerating Agent 350 & 500 produces worldwide unique foam stability due to low pressure foaming system

  • Very fine foam bubbles and so uniform closed-cell structure in Aerated Concrete

  • Wide range of foam density production and so can produce wide range of ALAC density (From 400 to 1,400 Kg/ for NC Aerating Agent 350 and From 100 to 300 Kg/ for NC Aerating Agent 500)

  • High foam stability and so highly consistent density aerated concrete can be produced

  • Biodegradable product

  • Very high life of the product if protected from direct sunlight, water and in storing it in dry conditions.

  • No settleable ingredients and so no need for stirring or mixing is needed every time before use.

  • Highly active ingredients

Foam Stabiliser or Additive

Nanocrete’s NC Foam Stabiliser HD and NC Foam Stabiliser LD are developed exclusively to use as an additive for producing Aerated Concrete. It reacts mainly with NC Aerating Agent 350 & 500 and solidifies the enzymes by forming strong interlink between the enzyme molecules through metal ions. Due to this, the bubble film gets stronger and the foam will not break very easily due to the agitation of mixer while mixing the raw materials for Aerated Concrete.

Aerated concrete products using NC Foam Stabiliser HD & LD in combination with NC Aerating Agents  have highly stable foam and uniform closed-cell bubble structure, that maintains the density of the concrete uniform and increases the compressive strength significantly by at least 25 to 30% than not using it.

Product Advantages:

In combination with NC Aerating Agents, NC Foam Stabiliser HD & LD produces worldwide unique foam stability due to solidification of enzymes in very quick time

  • Very fine foam bubbles and so uniform closed-cell structure can be achieved in Aerated Concrete

  • Increases the strength of the Aerated Concrete by at least 25 to 30% due to uniform fine bubble structure and highly stable density.

  • Wide range of aerated concrete density production (From 100 to 1,400 Kg/)

  • High foam stability and so highly consistent density aerated concrete can be produced

  • Non-Hazardous product

  • Very high life of the product by storing it in dry conditions.

  • No settleable ingredients and so no need for stirring or mixing is needed every time before use.

  • Highly active ingredients

  • Non-frost product
